Howard Eisberg has been practicing immigration law for more than 30 years. He is listed in Who’s Who of Corporate Immigration Lawyers. Howard is a frequent speaker and author on immigration related topics. In his spare time, he writes music, performs, and records with his band, Howard Iceberg & the Titanics.

Judy Bordeau is the Managing Attorney at the firm. She has been practicing immigration law for more than 15 years. She worked as an in-house attorney for a multinational company before forming Eisberg & Bordeau, LLC.

Judy is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and is a moderator of the AILA PERM forum. She is a frequent presenter at local, regional and national forums regarding immigration matters. She speaks Spanish fluently and has travelled extensively in Europe and Latin America.

Lisa McBee graduated from the law school of the University of Missouri-Kansas City, and is licensed in Missouri. Prior to attending law school, she worked for more than 15 years as an immigration paralegal. Lisa is primarily responsible for H-1B, TN and L-1 petitions at the firm. In her spare time, Lisa enjoys reading and spending time with her family.

Mary Pickert obtained her paralegal certificate from William Jewell College in 2001 and has more than eight years of experience as an immigration paralegal with our firm. Mary assists with the PERM Labor Certification Applications. In her spare time, Mary enjoys singing and reading mysteries.

Mindy Pyeatt has been an assistant in our office for over eight years. She currently works as a paralegal and assists with employment and family based adjustment of status petitions. In her spare time, she enjoys doing cross-stitch work and baking.
