Our team works together to help with many immigration matters for individuals and employers all across the United States.
Judy Bordeau has practiced immigration law for more than 15 years, and she is licensed to practice in both Kansas and Missouri. She has worked in private practice and as an in-house attorney for a multi-national company, giving her a broad understanding of the issues that face employers and foreign national workers. Judy is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and she has served on both the Business Immigration and the Department of Labor Liaison Committees for the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Judy is a frequent presenter at local, regional and national forums regarding immigration matters. She speaks Spanish fluently and has travelled extensively in Europe and Latin America.
Sarah Noulles attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, and she is licensed to practice in Missouri and Kansas. In addition she received her Bachelor's degree in Spanish and her Master's degree in Curriculum and Education, both from The University of Kansas. Before starting her career in law, she taught Spanish at The Barstow School in Kansas City, Missouri. In her duties at the firm, she assists with a number of immigration matters, but with a focus on H-1B petitions. In her spare time, Sarah enjoys traveling, watching movies, and taking her dogs to the park on nice days.
Mary Gorton obtained her paralegal certificate from William Jewell College in 2001 and has been working as an Immigration Paralegal at Bordeau Immigration Law since September of 2002. Mary assists with the PERM Labor Certification Applications, I-140 Petitions and CONRAD Waivers. In her spare time, Mary enjoys spending time with her family. She also enjoys singing, baking, reading mysteries and knitting.
Mindy Kenney has been an assistant with the firm since 2002 and currently works as a Senior Paralegal. She assists with employment and family based adjustment of status applications, including Advance Paroles and EADs. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, fishing, going to hockey games, and whenever possible, taking scenic trips on the Harley.

Sarah Pyeatt has been a support staff member/assistant since 2011, assisting with office management and case organization. She enjoys spending time with her family and daughter Nadia, and also enjoys fishing.

Jenna transplanted from Chicago to Kansas City in 2016, where she graduated from Loyola University with degrees in Theatre and English. So far, her area of focus is I-140 Petitions assistance. Outside of work, Jenna enjoys reading, hiking, live theatre, and spending time with her family. She looks forward to discovering all that Kansas City has to offer.
